If you want to give away your wolf, post their profile in this forum and wait for someone to ask for it. It's up to you who gets to keep the wolf in the end, as I'm sure you want it to go to the best home possible.
If you want to adopt someone else's wolf, you must be willing to take over playing as that wolf. Look through the list of wolves that are up for adoption and post a reply to the wolf's thread asking the member who owns the wolf if you can have it. It is that member's choice who gets the wolf.
